How many of you are reaching for Centurion status like me. I am Sarah Annabelle Alford and proud to be 93years of age.  Independence to me means, taking care of myself, making decisions, participating in my senior citizen building’s activities, attending church, and participating in as many other outside activities as my health will allow.  Actually I do pretty well but my doctor says since my fall, and the onset of diabetes my health requires I slow down. This is where National Staffing came in, willing, committed, and caring with capable health care professionals to help.  Doing well means with God’s help, and my day to day goals achieved through the team work of my support systems, and especially National Staffing!  Personal grooming , meal preparation, washing clothes, shopping, etc,  things we often take for granted when we are well, are done by NSA allowing me to preserve my energy for other more rewarding activities.   

 I intend to revisit this web page when I reach 100 years of age but until then my advise to all of you is to always do the best that you can, be greatful for what you have, and let others help you when you need it. I thank you National Staffing.
